Parkwood Rotary have formed a team of walkers who are walking in the Gold Coast Marathon on Saturday 6th July as part of the 5km race. We are raising awareness for the fatal disease Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD) as well as raising funds for the CJD Support Group Network who were a vital source of information and support to one of our members and her family when they lost their mother to this disease in 2019.
